Terms of Service

1. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide an email you control, keep credentials secure and be at least 16 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your location). Paid use requires legal capacity to enter a contract. You are responsible for activity under your account and must notify us of suspected compromise.

你必须使用自己控制的邮箱、妥善保管登录凭据，并至少年满 16 岁（或所在地规定的数字同意年龄）。付费使用还需具备订立合同的法律能力。你对账号下的活动负责，发现异常时应及时联系我们。

2. The service and photo credits

Lieca combines user-provided camera frames, instructions and optional references with third-party AI services. One successful generation currently consumes one photo credit. We reserve or release a credit around processing so technical failures, refusals and cancellations are not charged as completed images. An intentional “generate again” request is a new generation. Features, models and credit cost may change prospectively with notice.

Lieca 将你提供的取景帧、指令和可选素材交由第三方 AI 服务处理。目前每次成功生成消耗 1 张额度；技术失败、拒绝和取消会释放预占额度，主动“重新生成”视为新的生成。功能、模型与未来额度成本可能在通知后调整。

3. Acceptable use

You must have the right to upload all content and may not use Lieca for illegal activity, abuse, harassment, fraud, impersonation, non-consensual sexual content, child sexual abuse material, hateful or violent wrongdoing, privacy invasion, misleading evidence, infringement, malware or attempts to bypass security. Do not remove AI labels to deceive others about authenticity. We may reject content, suspend access or preserve evidence where required.

你必须拥有上传内容的合法权利，不得将 Lieca 用于违法、骚扰、欺诈、冒充、未经同意的色情内容、儿童性虐待材料、仇恨或暴力犯罪、侵犯隐私、伪造证据、侵权、恶意软件或绕过安全措施。不得通过移除 AI 标记欺骗他人相信影像真实。我们可以拒绝内容、暂停访问，并在法律要求时保全证据。

4. Content and AI limitations

You retain your rights in submitted content. Subject to law and provider terms, we do not claim ownership of generated results. You grant us a limited licence to process content only to operate, secure and support the service. AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected or similar to others’ output; no uniqueness, factual accuracy or suitability is guaranteed. Review every result before using or sharing it.

你保留对所提交内容的权利；在法律和上游服务条款允许范围内，我们不主张生成结果的所有权。你仅授予我们为运营、安全与支持服务所需的有限处理许可。AI 结果可能不准确、出乎意料或与他人结果相似，我们不保证唯一性、事实准确性或特定用途适用性；使用或分享前请自行审查。

5. Payments, availability and liability

Prices and included credits are shown before checkout. Stripe processes direct web and eligible Android-distribution payments; app-store builds may use the store’s required in-app purchase system. Taxes may be added where required. The service is provided on a reasonable-efforts, “as available” basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, indirect or consequential losses are excluded and our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for Lieca in the preceding 12 months. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.

结账前会显示价格与到账额度。网页及符合条件的 Android 分发由 Stripe 处理；应用商店版本可能改用商店规定的应用内购买。依法可能加收税费。服务按合理努力和“现状可用”提供；在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不承担间接或后果性损失，单项争议的累计责任不超过你此前 12 个月向 Lieca 支付的金额。不可排除的消费者法定权利不受影响。

6. Suspension, termination and law

You may stop using the service and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, unlawful use or legal requirement, with notice where practicable. These terms are governed by Hong Kong law, without excluding mandatory protections in your home jurisdiction. Contact support@liecamera.com first so we can try to resolve a dispute informally.
